Vintage / Antique 25" Wooden Toy Pond Yacht Sailboat Hull - Weighted at Bottom

Not sure about age or brand/maker. Received this with old tin toy cars and motorcycles. I would guess pre or early 1950's. Really neat wood construction. 

Approximately 25 inches long, 9 inches tall and 5 inches wide.
