🔥 1935–1936 Ford Pedal & Steering Column Floor Plate — Ford 48-700392, New in the Box 🔥
The stamped steel plate that screws down to the wood front floorboard on a 1935 or 1936 Ford passenger car, around the clutch pedal, the brake pedal, the steering column tube and the floor starter button, holding the sponge rubber floor seals down. One of those pieces nobody thinks about until the interior goes back together and the old one turns out to be rusted through or long gone.
Ford number 48-700392, with the X-pattern embossed ribs, three large openings and the smaller starter button opening. It works with the four-piece pedal, steering tube and starter button seal kit. This is a reproduction, not an original Ford stamping. Unused, still in its oiled paper inside the box.

FITMENT & APPLICATIONS
1935 and 1936 Ford passenger cars — Model 48 and Model 68 — across the body styles, including Tudor, Fordor, coupe, cabriolet, phaeton, station wagon and sedan delivery. Ford used a different and larger stamping on the pickup, so this is not the pickup plate. Works with the 48-7001730 four-piece pedal, steering tube and starter button seal kit and the 48-700325 wood floorboards. Additional applications may exist beyond those listed.
CONDITION
New and unused, still wrapped in the oiled paper it was packed in, inside its original box. The plate has not been unwrapped, so the bare surface has not been photographed; the reference image showing the stamping detail is the manufacturer’s own photo of this part number. The box shows the shelf wear of sitting in a garage.
