🔥 1935–1936 Ford Headlight Reflectors — Reproduction Pair, Two-Bulb, 7-7/8" 🔥

A matched pair of reproduction two-bulb headlight reflectors for the 1935 and 1936 Ford car, 7-7/8" across the rim. These fit inside your headlight buckets, and they are the part doing the actual work — a dull or clouded reflector will make a properly wired headlamp look tired no matter what else you do to it.

Two-bulb means the main hub takes the headlight bulb socket on three screws and the smaller opening lower in the bowl takes the park lamp. Ford ran the park lamp inside the headlamp on these cars; separate front parking lamps did not show up until 1940, when Ford went to sealed beams. The Ford number for this reflector is 48-13028.

The reflector is one of the few headlamp parts that carries across years. Rims and lenses are year-specific, this is not — the same reflector covers the 1935 and 1936 car and the 1935 through 1939 pickup. Both of these are bright and unused.

FITMENT & APPLICATIONS

1935 and 1936 Ford passenger cars — Model 48 and Model 68 — and 1935 through 1939 Ford pickups. Rims (48-13045 for the 1935 car and 1935–39 pickup, 68-13045 for the 1936 car) and lenses (48-13060, 68-13060) are year-specific and are not included here. 1935 cars run the GE 2330 bulb; 1936 and later run a pre-focused bulb that has to be indexed in the socket. Additional applications may exist beyond those listed.

CONDITION

New and unused. Both are bright with clean reflective surfaces and no clouding, and both measure 7-7/8". These are reproduction reflectors, not original Ford units — said plainly so there is no confusion. Reflectors only: no buckets, rims, lenses, sockets, bulbs or wiring. One reflector carries a small adhesive label. Look over both faces in the photos.

BUYER NOTES

These came out of a garage lot bought from a retired Southern California restorer stepping away from the hobby — he restored a 1936 Ford and kept good parts around, and this pair came out of that stash. More from the same lot is going into the store. Look through every photo; they are part of the description and show the actual pair you will receive. Confirming these are right for your lamps and your year is on the buyer, and applications beyond those listed may exist. Please ask any questions before purchasing.

Condition Detail
REPRODUCTION - NOT original Ford. Settled by Chris 2026-09-07; never describe these as NOS. New and unused, both bright with clean unclouded reflective surfaces. Outside diameter measured at 7-7/8 in on both, with three screw holes around the centre bulb hub (the Ford 3-pin socket pattern) and a separate lower park-lamp opening - that combination is what identifies them as the 48-13028 two-bulb pattern. Reflectors only: no buckets, rims, lenses, sockets, bulbs or wiring. One reflector carries a small adhesive label. 48-13028 is the Ford number for the pattern, not a marking on these pieces.
